Jamar Esaw
A business management graduate of Augsburg College with a background in music, Jamar Esaw worked through college as an assistant minister of music at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church. Upon graduating, Jamar Esaw took on the role of senior financial loan processor for General Electric, where he was responsible for securing funding for the development of affordable loans and coordinating company-sponsored events and initiatives.

Jamar Esaw later worked as a youth counselor and case manager for Model Cities, Inc., where he developed relationships with at-risk youth, their families, and their support system at school. He recently served three years as the main campus music director for Eastern Star Church. Among other duties, he managed a 15-person staff and a 100-person volunteer team and provided musical instruction for both the youth and adult choir.

In addition to his working titles, he is a musician who was once part of the Grammy-nominated group Excelsior. He was also in the Broadway production of the musical Show Boat. He's currently the founder and director of Jamar Esaw & Triad 4 Christ group, which, in 2012, received six Rhythm of Gospel Awards.
